Post sales service is awful. Calls dont get answered = I have had to drive 40km five times for a simple repair. The part had still not been ordered when I went last week ( 6 months after reporting the fault). Was twice told that the delay was caused by a re-build of the premises. Poor confused things. So .... 40km there ....40km back ...mulitplied by 6... I wonder what the excuse will be today. My warranty is running out, so is my patience.
Recently bought a new Fiat 500L from them. Wonderful customer service particularly from salesman Patrick Anders. Recommended.
Service is awfull fiat camper is stil in waranty. Reparation take 1 hour at the most no time doe is pitty.
